How do I place an order?

Pick a product, add it to the cart and go to checkout. Fill in shipping details, pick a delivery and payment method, then confirm the order. You'll get a confirmation email at the address you provided.

Can I order without creating an account?

Yes. Guest checkout is available — just provide an email address and shipping details. Creating an account speeds up future orders and lets you track order status.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at   hello@makercore.pl . If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can modify or cancel it.

Will I get a VAT invoice?

Yes. The VAT invoice is issued on request — at checkout tick "I want a VAT invoice" and provide your tax ID. The invoice is sent electronically.

What shipping methods are available?

How much does shipping cost?

Costs depend on the chosen method and parcel weight. Current rates show in the cart before order confirmation. The full price list is on the   Shipping   page. Orders over PLN 200 ship for free within Poland regardless of method.

How long does delivery take?

Orders confirmed before 14:00 ship the same business day. Total lead time:   1–4 business days  depending on the carrier.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes — we ship to EU countries. Delivery time 3–7 business days. International rates show in the cart after picking the destination.

Is online payment safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All transactions are encrypted (SSL/TLS) and handled by certified payment providers (Stripe, Przelewy24).   We don't store your card data   — it's passed directly to the provider.

When am I charged?

Payment is captured immediately after order confirmation. For bank transfers the order stays in "awaiting payment" until the funds arrive.

Can I return a product?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As a consumer you have   14 days  from receiving the parcel to withdraw without giving a reason. Email us at   hello@makercore.pl . The right of return doesn't cover products in sealed packaging that can't be returned after opening for health-protection or hygiene reasons, as well as digital content supplied on a physical medium or directly, whose packaging has been opened.

What's the return procedure?

Email hello@makercore.pl with your order number. You'll receive a return form and the shipping address. Pack the product in its original, unopened packaging and ship it back. Once received and inspected we refund the full amount within 14 days.

What if the product arrives damaged?

Get in touch immediately and send photos of the damage. We process complaints within 14 business days. We'll either replace the product or refund — your choice.

How long does the refund take?

Accepted Answer

We issue the refund within   14 days of receiving the return , using the same method you paid with. Card payments — money goes back to the card (1–3 business days after our transfer). Bank / Stripe — same day or next business day.

Who covers the return shipping?

The buyer covers return shipping — unless the return is caused by our error or a product defect, in which case we arrange the courier at our cost. We email the return label after you raise the complaint.

Can I return only part of the order?

Yes. The return form lets you tick which items you're sending back; the rest stays with you. The shipping fee is refunded   proportionally  only when you return the entire order; partial returns don't trigger a shipping refund.

Which products are excluded from the right of return?

Products with a broken safety seal (film, tamper strip), made-to-order items, and short-dated stock (less than 30 days remaining) are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right. Full exclusion list in our   Refund Policy .

Yes — that is the foundation of the search. You filter by real values:   operating voltage, interfaces, dimensions, measurement ranges   and other attributes from the specification registry. Result counts are computed server-side, so what you see always matches the live catalogue.

Are the products original?

Yes. We buy stock exclusively from   authorised distributors and manufacturers . Product pages list the manufacturer in the technical data; where a manufacturer uses authenticity markings, we say so in the description.

How do I check compliance (CE, RoHS)?

Accepted Answer

Compliance information (CE, RoHS, WEEE) is listed on product pages, and the manufacturer's compliance documents are available in the documentation section. If you can't see a declaration for a product, ask — we will send it.

Which module or part fits my project?

Start from requirements, not categories: supply voltage, interfaces, dimensions, operating temperature. We describe the filtering order in the   parametric search guide . Still unsure? Write to us — we advise on the assortment, but we don't design circuits for you.

The answer is almost always in the parameters and documentation: logic level, interfaces, supply voltage, dimensions. Check the   documentation section  on the product page. If doubts remain after reading the datasheet — write to us and we will address your specific case.

Yes — all products are covered by   statutory consumer warranty , and some manufacturers add their own warranty (noted on the product page). Complaint details in the returns section and the   Terms of Use .

How do you build the assortment?

The catalogue launches with over 10,000 products in eight categories: microcontrollers and SBCs, electronic components, sensors and modules, 3D printing and CNC, tools and soldering, power and batteries, robotics, cables and connectors. We select for real projects — if something is missing, suggest it.

Click the user icon in the top-right corner and pick "Sign up". After providing an email and password you'll get access to the customer panel.

Send an account-deletion request to   hello@makercore.pl . The account and data are deleted within 14 days — in line with the GDPR and our   Privacy Policy .

Where can I find my order history?

Once signed in, the   My orders  tab holds the full history — shipping status, VAT invoices, and a one-click reorder for the same bundle. Guest orders — track them by number and email on the status page.

Can I save multiple delivery addresses?

Yes — the customer panel supports any number of addresses (home, work, parcel locker), and you pick the right one at checkout. Mark one as the default to have it auto-selected for new orders.

How do I download a copy of my data?

Under GDPR Article 20 you have the right to   data portability . My account → Data export downloads a JSON with everything (profile, orders, reviews). The request runs instantly, no support contact needed.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use SSL/TLS encryption for all connections. Your personal data is processed only for order fulfilment and account servicing — details in our   Privacy Policy .

How are payments secured?

Payments are processed by   Stripe  and   Przelewy24 . Card details go straight to the processor — the store never sees or stores them. All traffic is TLS 1.3 encrypted, and Stripe holds PCI DSS Level 1 certification.

Do you share my data with third parties?

Only as strictly required: payment processors, couriers (for shipping), and basic anonymized analytics. We don't sell data and don't share it for marketing. Full list of data processors in our   Privacy Policy .

No. The store targets   adults . Accounts can only be created by users over 18. If a child has nonetheless created an account, email us — we delete the account and data immediately under GDPR Article 17.
